Increase Your Blog Traffic and Market Branding Revisited…

Back in April of 2010, I posted some incredible triple training that included some very explosive ways to effectively increase your blog traffic and brand yourself  when applying proper attraction marketing. I received over 700 retweets (700,000 views) and my blog subscribers have suggested that I do a “revisit” of that post.

In A “Nutshell”…
Some of the sub-contents in this video training includes; “how to ping your blog” using Ping.fm, Pingler, and Bit.ly as your tracking and URL shortener? This is a ‘rare’ and ‘truly free’ video training that has cost me many hours of painful ‘trial and error’ in learning. I do not want you to go thru the same hard learning curve!

Relax, Watch and Enjoy, share this with others using the ‘retweet’ and ‘Facebook’ buttons at the top left of this post page, tell them that “Free Dave” (me) helps everyone for free. And, no worry friends, I’ll list all links related to this post below the following training video.

Ping.fm, Pingler & Open Office Triple Video Training

In summary friends:

1. Its actually better to use Open Office instead of Microsoft Word when composing your post or any document when working online, Open Office does exclude all the unwanted code that many online programs are not compatible with.

Note: This is especially true with auto-responders and Feed Burner.

2.  Remember to add all the available communities you can when setting up your Ping.fm account. You will NOT need to do this with Pingler.

3.  Remember; Ping 2 to 4 links free good ‘Attraction Marketing’ messages (updates or tweets etc.) and 1 to 3 good ‘Attraction Marketing’ messages with a good valuable links per day. Use my concepts friends, they work!

Note: I recommend the following times to ping:

  • Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday – Between 9 to 11am and 3pm to 6pm eastern standard time, (prospects are groggy on Monday morning and also get up later and go out early in the evening on weekends).
  • Tuesday through Thursday – Between 5 to 8am, 10am to 1pm, 3 to 6pm eastern standard time, (prime time for business).

4.  Use a URL shortener like Bit.ly to not only shorten, but also track your URL links. This will tell you in the future which post you’ll want to re-ping or tweet when you do not have time to hand create a new post. All you have to do is go to bit.ly and look at the number of tweets and the age of the post, if you have a low number of tweets then re-ping the post.  I’ve personally found this tip to be very valuable and time saving.

Such a valuable post, what do you think?  If so… Share it and Re-tweet it.

Make sure to leave me a comment below.  This will create a backlink which is to your advantage and more importantly, let others know there’s “no doubt” that “we love helping others”.

Understanding Autoresponders…

Today, we are going to cover the importance of having your own autoresponder so sit back, relax for a moment and watch this video. :)

Understanding Autoresponders

(Click on the expand option in the lower right hand corner
of the video player to view full screen)

To say its very important to have your own autoresponder would be an understatement.  And… I’m not talking about some company provided autoresponder. Here’s the down side to company autoresponders. Think about this, what if your company changes their usage policy, or decides to relocate their tools to another service provider? I know how devastating it is to loose 5,000 leads when my first company decided to do just that. Having your own autoresponder means that it is yours for your entire career; to build relationships with, and keep an ever growing Master List of happy prospects and buyers.

One of the three (3) most crucial essentials to running an online business is your autoresponder… It is the main foundation of your business and gives new definition to the word “automation”, not to mention saving you tons of time.

Terms For The Day:

Marketing Sales Funnel: Your online sales process that starts from the point your prospect lands on your website to the point of purchase or result your looking for. When building your marketing funnel, always take into consideration all the desired steps your prospects will have to take in order to complete the action you want whether it be a sale, more information, opt-in etc.

Autoresponder: An in-depth followup message program that automatically delivers informational e-mails to your prospects. This is the tool that takes over once a prospect opts into your blog, website or even a capture page.

Email Marketing: An avenue of promoting a product, service or an idea by sending direct email notification messages to your target prospects and/or audience. Email marketing is also used for building relationships with your prospects and to provide even more value to your list.

Take this once in a life time chance to completely separate yourself from all of your competition and those who are out there spamming and cramming their business opportunity down peoples throat. At this point, you’ll really start to add value and create huge relationships. The power of attraction marketing and copywriting comes into play here on a very huge scale.

Things to Remember When Writing Content for Your Blog, Website or Autoresponder:

  1. Always supply your prospect with exactly what they are searching for.
  2. Find and know your prospects hot buttons, the benefits to what they seek. Offer a good final solution to their problem.
  3. Never overload them with too much useless or pointless information. Stay on focus.
  4. Give them techniques and information you are using so they can use it also. If you promise an offer, free tool or free report…  Make darn sure to deliver it and always add mass value.
  5. Honesty and truthfulness will always prevail in the long run and will also go the distance and reward you in many more ways than you think, both now and in the future.
  6. Constantly remind your prospects that they have truly discovered something of great value and rewards.
  7. Share stories. People will be able to relate to you using a specific story. Build relationships with your prospects by allowing them to get to Know, Like and Trust You.
  8. Your prospect need to be guided, let them know what to do, where to go and exactly what to do next. Provide the necessary abc action steps to be taken immediately.
  9. Remind them that what you have to offer is of much more value than the price they would pay. Over deliver, Over deliver, Over deliver.

Installing A Theme and Customization…

Today’s training will literally teach you how to install a WordPress theme to your blog or website (central nerve center).  The  theme is basically the outline for your site. It’s the one component that makes your site attractive. There’s literally thousands of themes on the internet. You can simply go into Google and type in “Free WordPress.org Themes” to find one that fits your style.

Not all themes are created equal. Be sure your theme is created by a respected designer. The last thing that you want is to have coding problems and let that get in the way of your SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Woothemes.com is highly respected and you can get both premium and Free themes there. Remember, when promoting a business opportunity… less is more. Keep your blog or website very clean. Do NOT add a bunch of free ads as they are only distractions to your prospects. You’ll be able to create additional streams of income in your autoresponder. There’s absolutely no need to load up your site with various types distracting advertising. Capture your prospects attention and keep them focused on the main reason why you have them there.  And Add Value, Value and more Value. This is what will separate you from your competition?
